The spacious grounds of La Casa del Viento is home to many terraces of Olive, various citrus, fruit and nut trees where you will find our four individual rustically converted cortijos. Each one blends a unique charm, suitable for couples, families & groups.

Each Cortijo has its own patio eating area for some truly amazing 'Al Fresco' dining! There is a large swimming pool with bar, barbeque and sunbathing patio area for those wanting to relax.

For the more adventurous there is a selection of hiking routes, some truly exhilarating mountain biking trails, pony trekking, golfing on the glorious selection of coastal courses and of course exploring.

The historic spa town of Lanjaron is the gateway to the las Alpujarras region and is famed for its spa water. The San Juan Festival in June is definitely a 'not to be missed' affair, with a real carnival atmosphere descending on the relatively quiet town!

Lanjaron offers numerous bars/cafes & restaraunts where the traditional tapas is still served free with your beverage!

For those keen on winter sports we can even offer a convenient base for the Sierra Nevada (only an hour drive away). Where you will find Europe's most southerly resort with its enviable mix of sunny skies and wonderful snow conditions!
